To apply for services please complete our application.

The application process includes:

1. Completion of the application and submission of supporting documents e.g. tribal enrollment verification
2. Initial interview with a VR Specialist to Determine eligibility
3. Development of an Individualized Plan for Employment
4. Begin with Vocational Rehabilitation Services
