Eligibility

To qualify for VR Services, an individual must meet the following criteria:

• Have a physical and/or mental impairment or disability
• Have an impairment that results in a significant barrier to employment that vocational rehabilitation services can help one gain or maintain employment
• Is an enrolled member of the Tohono O’odham Nation living on or near the Nation, or an enrolled member of a federally recognized tribe living on the Nation
