About Head Start

The Head Start Program provides the necessary education to prepare students for kindergarten. Eligible students may begin the program at age three and continue learning at one of the six centers on the Nation until entering kindergarten. One of the key focuses of the program is school readiness, and always encouraging parent involvement in every aspect of their child’s learning. In this program students develop their mental, emotional and social skills.
