Open Enrollment sessions for Tri-Branch employees, District, and TON entities for the 2026-2027 Benefit Plans are available. Each session covers benefit options, enrollment details, deadlines, and resources. Employees should choose a session that fits their schedule, as all sessions provide the same information.

Passive Enrollment

This year’s Open Enrollment is classified as Passive Enrollment. Your current benefit coverages will automatically transfer to the new plan year if no changes are necessary.

*Please note: Some plan rates have increased this year.

Tri-Branch and TON Healthcare Employees must use the iSolved (ESS) method to enroll in or waive benefits for the 2026–2027 plan year. Options are available only during this period unless a qualifying life event occurs. For benefit details, check iSolved ESS under Benefit Plan Details.
