In addition to the stated fee, all vendors are required to obtain a Transaction Privilege Tax License issued by the Office of the Treasury: pursuant to Title 22-Taxation, Chapter2-Transaction Privilege Tax, Section 3.4. Privilege License, B. Retail License. The fee for the Transaction Privilege License is five dollars ($5.00).
