Upkeep of the Livestock Complex with maintenance and repair or construct of ramadas or building.

Provide pens for livestock owners or livestock buyers before been shipped off to auction.
Arena use for practice roping and riding events, Jr. rodeos, jackpot roping, and wild horse race.
Host annual Rodeo and Fair, pow-wow, and carnival.
Parking lot for toka practice.
