All calling rates are per- minute, there are no connection fees.  

Eligibility is determined by disciplinary status.  

Please be advised that all video visitations will be electronically monitored and recorded.  

Video Visitation hours 

                   Monday – Thursday                         

 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM  

   Saturday – Sunday      

 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM 

1. Visitors have an online account with NICI (like the inmate telephones)  

1. Accounts can be made at www. NICI. Com  

2. Attached rates will apply 

2. Visits must be approved by Corrections staff  

3. Visit must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance for approval  

4. Visitors must upload an approved photo Identification car (Driver’s License, Trible ID, Passport, etc.) and non-filtered decent photo to be considered for verification and approval 

5. Some common reasons why your video visitation may be terminated or denied  

1. Attempt to bring or pass contraband  

2. Inciting violence  

3. Outstanding warrant  

4. Suggestive or lewd behavior including disrobing opening shirts, blouses or pants, or nay indecent exposure or behavior  

5. Temporary restrictions of inmate’s visitation privileged through disciplinary actions  

6. Court ordered  

7. Security override  

8. Visitor under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicant or drug  

9. Request of inmate  

10. Unacceptable visitor identification  

11. Unaccepted attire including no shoes or clothing that incorporates lewd or obscene logos, gang affiliation attire (jersey, colors, bandana, caps,etc.)  or images or clothing that exposes the breast, buttocks or genital area 

12. Screenshots of inmate and/or taking pictures of inmate during visitation to include photos sheared on social media  

13. Any other reason deemed necessary by the on-duty supervisor 

6. Visitors in violation of the above rules may result in being banned from utilizing the video visitation platform.
