The Tohono O’odham Nation is proud to announce it has reached an agreement with the state of Arizona that resolves the legal dispute over the Nation’s Desert Diamond Casino West Valley. Under this momentous agreement, the Nation will be able to move forward with Class III gaming at its West Valley property and construct the full-scale resort casino.
