Dialysis Advocacy Program

Services Provided

The Dialysis Patient Advocate program has two full time Dialysis Advocates who maintains the program. The Patient Advocates currently provide assistance to dialysis clients and provide feedback to the dialysis center administrator based on information or requests from the clients. The program also assists clients with medication refills and plan social events for clients and their families to improve morale.
