On March 26, 2009 the Tohono Q'odham legislative Council adopted the Tohono
O'odham Nation Revenue Allocation Plan (Plan) and authorized the Chairman of the
Nation to submit and make a written requ est to the Department of Interior for approval
of the Plan.
